Updated: Mar 24
It's disappointing that Friday’s Funding Advice Day has to be cancelled, but rest assured Chris Elmore MP is hoping to rearrange the event for the end of May.
Keep an eye out on social media for new details when they become available and I hope to be with you all for the next event.

FUNDING ADVICE DAY TO BE RESCHULED
Due to circumstances beyond our control we've had to cancel Friday's Virtual Funding Advice Day. However, we plan to rearrange the event for the end of May. I'm very much looking forward to when we can hold this event and will keep you all informed of the new details.
Local MS and MP for Ogmore, Huw Irranca-Davies and Chris Elmore are inviting local clubs, charities and community groups to attend their fifth annual Funding Advice Day on Friday 26th March.
This year’s advice day will be going virtual, but a wide range of funding providers and experts will still be able to provide constituents with information on potential funding opportunities and what support is available.
Registration is completely free of charge, and residents can sign up by calling 01656 860034 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
Huw Irranca-Davies, MS for Ogmore, said: “The Funding Advice Day is a valuable opportunity for local clubs, charities and community groups in Ogmore to find out what funding and support is available to them, particularly after such a difficult year.
“Last year places filled up extremely quickly, so I’d encourage anyone who is interested in attending to secure a place today.”
Chris Elmore, MP for Ogmore, said: “Our Funding Advice Day has now reached its fifth year, and after a year where so many charities and clubs have struggled financially due to the pandemic it is more important than ever that local residents are aware of all the funding opportunities that are available to them.
“I am keen to help bring as many new community funding opportunities to the attention of constituents as possible. Even though it is necessary for this event to go virtual this year, there will still be a fantastic range of funding providers and support organisations attending.”
