Coronavirus Update

From 28 March 2022, Welsh Government will remove the legal measures we’ve all lived with for the past two years

Covid Pass

The NHS COVID Pass will now be needed to attend large events and nightclubs.

It lets you share your coronavirus (COVID-19) vaccination records in a secure way.

It allows you to prove to others that you have been vaccinated, or that you have had a negative lateral flow test result.

Face Coverings

Face coverings must be worn in all indoor public places, and public transport, including taxis.

Both employees and customers are also legally required to wear a face covering indoors, unless they are exempt.

You can get a coronavirus test at a drive-through centre or have one delivered through the post.

These are the main symptoms of coronavirus

  • New continuous cough

  • High temperature

  • Loss of smell and/or taste

If you have ANY symptoms you must book a test right away

Vaccine Rollout

Following recent JCVI advice, all health boards are now inviting people to be vaccinated from the age of 16 years or over.

Check with your local health board on availability if you think you have been missed.
